昨天的计算有错误,因为定相定错了,如果直轴电流为零的控制方式,应该以最下面的2个槽定为2槽和3槽,此时对应A相电流为零。
昨天的计算定最上面的槽为2槽或者3槽,其实磁势夹角电角度为正负80度(因为单槽电角度160度),所以此时还会有较小的直轴电流!
为了适当考虑Yheast的意见,降低转矩密度到700Nm/m,此时电流密度为B+=C-(=40740300A/m^2),重新计算的结果如下:

结论:
1、直轴电流为零和交轴电流为零时,单边磁拉力均远远大于空载情况;
2、同样直轴电流为零的状态,每一瞬时的单边磁拉力其方向也是不断变化的;
3、有限元计算的转子受力我认为就是单边磁拉力,而不是切向力的不平衡所产生的。 |
