这个电机怎么样设计合理

定子.JPG 转子.JPG duanhuan.JPG 电机外径 90mm 内径 47mm  24槽     转子 内径 12mm   18槽   气隙 0.25mm   矽钢片材料Q195LT      要求输入功率350W(带负载) 电压230V 电流2A以内 冷却方式水冷,温升要求小于80K。 不知道用MASWELL  怎么样设计更合理  请高手指教 谢谢

以上我自己设计参数, 实际测试输入功率(带负载) 270W低了,  温升70K   但是转速低,水泵性能不达标。   不知怎么更改更合理 请高手指点 谢谢
