Circuit Settings: Circuit Conversion(电路转换设置案列)
Settings example 1
In this section, the brushless motor (SPM) with the below specifications is divided into a full model and a partial model, and example settings for circuit conversion and coils are shown.
Full model:
Set the model with the following settings to analyze the motor as a full model.(全模型时,电路图将所有的线圈FEM coil按实际连接定义绘制连接)
• [Circuit Conversion] in [Study Properties]: off
• Number of turns for each FEM coil component: 100(此处设置实际每个线圈匝数)
• Resistance value for each FEM coil component: 8ohm(此处在电路图绘制界面设置实际每个线圈的直流电阻)
Because phase resistance is 12ohm, the combined resistance of the three coils connected in series is 24ohm (= 12ohm x 2). Furthermore, the resistance for each coil is 8ohm (= 24 ohm/ 3).
1/6 partial model:
Use the following settings when analyzing the motor as a 1/6 partial model.(1/6模型的电路图绘制界面里绘制三个FEM coil)
• [Circuit Conversion] in [Study Properties]: on
• Select [Convert (Series/Parallel)]
• [Series:] 3
• [Parallel:] 2
• Number of turns for each FEM coil component: 100
The values specified here are "the number of coil wires which pass through one coil set", which is the same as a full model.(1/6模型里FEM coil的匝数与全模型里每个线圈的匝数设置一致)
• Resistance value for each FEM coil component: 12ohm
Enter the full model phase resistance when circuit conversion is set.(分数模型里此处设置为相电阻)
