单相异步电机设计程序(DOS版,非上科所)
我经常用的一个软件,为了SIMOL的会员我今天贡献出来,希望对你们有一定的帮助,有几个我也没搞懂是什么意思,希望高人指点一下
操作过程:
打开INP(用TXT编辑)----输入数据---关闭INP---双击R(运算后关闭)---打开OUTPUT(显示结果用TXT打开)
代号含义:
其中K1~K8为开关变量
K1—电机种类,1:分相电机,2:电容电机(双电容运算2次)
K2—定子槽,1:相同槽,2:大小槽
K3—定子槽形,1:圆底槽,2:梨形槽,3:平底槽
K4—大小槽时(K2=2时)用,否则就设置为1
K5—转子槽形,1:圆底,2:梨形,3:平底,4圆形
K6—矽钢片牌号,反映磁化曲线、铁耗比特性,2:D21,3:D23,通常设定3
K7—打印内容,通常设定2
K8—斜槽,1:斜定子,2:斜转子
Pn—输出功率W
V—电压V
P—极数
F—频率Hz
Efn—效率
Cosfe—功率因素
Ist1—初定起动电流不大于….A
M—不明(可能是指主副相数,原设定为“2”可不动)
D1—定子外径cm
F1—定子方度cm
D—气隙cm
Di1—定子内径cm
Di2—转子内径cm
Dsk—不明(原设定为“.00”可不动)
Tk2—转子设计温度
Q1—定子槽数,
