ansoft求解后出现的问题

本人使用ANSOFT分析发电机，模型建立后，自检通过，但在信息管理区有红色警示“ [error] Acis error: "Fail to cover lines. The given curve is open! Make sure the curve is closed " (9:20:51 上午  九月 11, 2013)

这些“Acis error”是怎么回事？
求解开始后，马上出现更多的类似错误，并在几分钟到十几分钟后出现系统错误“2D Solver遇到问题需要关闭。”，此问题如何产生，如何解决，望高手给出答案。

另外，自检时，出现   ” Maxwell2DDesign1 (Magnetostatic, XY)
    [warning] Model dimensions (6560, 13120) are beyond the expected range (1e-006, 10000).  “警示语，什么是模型尺寸？

曲线没有闭合，模型太大，仔细检查模型

我是通过先在AUTODESK inventor 中画出槽型，导入到ANSOFT中，再用轴向拷贝功能顺时针拷贝6个，出问题的只有最后一个，诡异的是，我用这7个槽镜像拷贝的7个槽型，没有什么“coverline" 的问题。
关于”MODEL DIMENSION"的问题，已经搞清楚了，是与单位有关的，我用的是mm，最大尺寸不过2380，2D瞬态分析，就出现了这样的问题，好像有点不应该。改成m后，不再出现错误警示。

一个软件对某个量的测量精度是有限的，如果两条线的端点相差0.00001mm，软件的coverlines不能识别这个，能认为它是封闭的曲线，但是mesh的就会报错，mesh能识别这个小间隙
当你把model的尺寸从mm改成了m，那么相差就是0.00000001m，软件的coverlines不能识别这个，mesh也不能识别，那软件就能仿真，就不会报错。
cad模型导入，建议输出.sat文件，不要导入线，要导入ASCII文件，具体方法可以在论坛搜索下，外部模型的导入
