各位同学好,我们公司想购入一个国外专利,他是通过更改绕线,增加一组可以发电的绕组,配合电容器来优化电机,效率提高很明显。
大家觉得技术上是可行的吗?
IEC 60034-30标准
两台同一品牌的符合IE2标准的400V、1500转7.5kW三相异步四极高效率电机,A电机不做任何改变,B电机用MAXEFF技术进行优化,在同一测试台上通过调整涡流制动扭矩控制输出功率,在一段时间内保持7.5kW的输出功率,测试A、B电机的效率。
在同等情况下,A电机达到了IE2标准的88.7%的效率,而通过MAXEFF技术优化的B电机效率在97%左右,远远超过了IEC 60034-30规定的IE3标准。B电机的电流也远低于A电机,B电机的功率因子也接近1,而A电机的功率因子仅0.86。
