这个帖子真是高手如云!
下面的是一位electricalmagnetic expert 发给我的,参考一下:
Turn off core loss and solid losses, then run the simulation with the rotor speed less than or greater than 800 RPM, while maintaining the current at 40Hz. The angle for maximum torque can be determined from the torque plot and the relative speed between the stator field and rotor axis
For example, if the rotor is run at 780 RPM, torque will vary at 1Hz. The optimum angle for a particular current is determined by the time it takes to reach the peak torque. If the peak torque occurs at 0.1 seconds, the optimum angle is 360x0.1=36 degrees.
The optimum angle will vary with current.
Applying stator current while rotating the rotor allows the simulation to show the torque ripple and the torque results can be exported and filtered to give an average torque. |
