First, you should know the original position of the rotor, that can determine your d axis,
second, you should set the angle, frequency, amplitude of the phase current.
the angle determine your work point, because the Id, Iq has impact on the flux linkage, thus, some time your output minus torque, that is normal.
the frequency correspond to the speed of the rotor, f=speed/60*pole pairs, otherwise you will the get no constant torque.
the amplitude determined the current density and demagnetization.
your map is totally wrong, you should know how the PMSM operate in the static state. at last, you should set the right current sequence, like u-v-w or u-w-v, according to the rotation direction. |
