SAE International 高峰论坛将会以综合的视角对最新的全球电动/ 插电式混合动力汽车的电力传动产业情况进行阐述。同时，也将探讨主要企业迅捷的发展进程，及其对国际市场的影响。

The SAE International Symposium will provide a comprehensive overview of the latest global innovations in the EV/PHEV powertrain traction motor industry and provide insight into how fast the major players are moving, and how this affects the world marketplace.

会议期间将讨论：市场发展前景预测、技术问题、及三种主要电力牵引电机（永磁电机、感应电机、开关磁阻电机）的成本结构。

During the Symposium, we will address market growth projections, technical requirements and cost structures for the three major types of electric traction motors: permanent magnet; induction; and switched reluctance motors.

会议还将检验OEM 和供应商之间的新型关系，以保障电动/ 插电式混合动力汽车动力电机的性能需求许多OEM 都需与供应商之间建立新型的、灵活的合作关系，直接向供应商购买一些从前未购买的产品，如电线、钢铁制品、环氧树脂、传感器等。其他一些OEM 也需做出调整，或自行设计牵引电机，或与供应商在电机部件和控制系统方面建立更为综合全面的合作关系。

The symposium will also examine the changing OEM/supplier relationships necessary to achieve EV/PHEV powertrain performance requirements. Many OEMs will need to establish new and flexible supplier relationships for products that they have not purchased directly before including wire, steel, epoxy, and sensors. Others will need to establish new competencies in either designing their own traction motors, or establish more comprehensive design and manufacturing relationships with suppliers for motor components and control systems.
