ANSOFT v12/maxwell3d出错:Could not map vertices on the moving mesh band

传上maxwell3d文件，能不能帮忙看看是什么问题，想不通啊，它还运行了几个步长。
文件：

用的是maxwell3d V12仿真的一台盘式电机，运行了0.0004s提示出错：

[error] Could not map vertices on the moving mesh band. Possible causes are: 1) Motion setup is not correct. 2) The model uses rotational motion, the geometry is less than a full circle, and master-slave boundaries were not defined on the surfaces of the wedge. 3) The model uses translational motion, and true surface curves were used on the band object or on the outermost faces of moving objects. 4) Extremely small gaps or faces exist in the geometry. These may need to be removed or enlarged. (6:11 下午十月 23, 2010)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (6:11 下午十月 23, 2010)

你的band里面可能包含了true fce的几何体（比如圆弧之类的），所以不能成功，解决方法是true face跟band之间应该再加一个没有true face的空气泡，把true face几何体包裹起来，band再包裹空气泡。

我的band里确实是trueface，但band里再加一个空气泡后运行显示错误“Error in finding motion part.”这是怎么回事啊？

请问空气包是指的innerregion吗？

band和true face之间有空气泡并且是边数为36的，但是还是出现上述错误。不知是什么原因？求解答。。。谢谢

我也遇到了这个问题，经过多番查找资料和自身反复试验，得到Band的几个设置要求如下：
（1）3维中Band要设成多面体，多面体环也行。
（2) 内部最好添加一个”空气包“（可以是Vacuum），作为Innerregion。
（3）外部的Region必须加。
（4）Innerregion和Region最好都别和Band接触，要保持一定的间距。
（5）有时要对Band内部运动物体设置Maximun surface deviation angle。

making single connected conduction region failed.Please check the motion setup. if a conducting region with a hole encloses the entire band,make this conductor be a solid conductor winding with zero voltage applied. it may help to cover the surfaces of conducting region which are facing band with insulating boundary. also there may be a problem with 这个是什么问题
