About the vacancy
Position title	Supplier Quality Manager
Position location
Position in the Organization	- In charge of the quality team in China (5 people) - Report directly to Quality Department of Headquarters in Europe - Number of direct subordinates: 2
Main responsibilities	- Responsible for the quality of all products exported from China - Responsible for the quality team coordination - Responsible for the company’s lab in China
Employment conditions
Basic salary (starting/ceiling)	Between 8.000 – 12.000 RMB per month x 14 pays
Position minimum requirements
Education background	University degree in engineering or similar
Years of work experience (in specific field, if required)	- Min. 5 years work experience - Proved work experience in the production process of  low voltage electric motors
Additional knowledge (Certifications/ Training)	- Familiar with the Low Voltage European Rule  (60335-01)
Language skills	- Very high level of English
Computer skills	Office Package
Personality	- Independent and Committed - Professional appearance - Communicative - Intercultural competency
Others	- 30 – 45 years old - Currently living in Shanghai - Availability to travel
