SIwave™ is the design tool to meet the power and signal integrity design challenges that are prevalent in today’s high-speed boards and packages. SIwave leverages Ansoft’s industry standard full-wave electromagnetic field simulation technology to precisely analyze the power and signal nets of a device generated from the physical description of the design. This allows engineers to model not only individual components, but also entire PCBs and package structures and eliminate areas of high-frequency coupling between traces and power⁄ground planes prior to manufacturing.
