岗位职责：
• Drive motor design (2D and 3D drawings) from conception through production support according to project timelines                       
  负责电机的设计（2D和3D图纸），根据项目时间表，支持产品从概念到生产的支持。                       
• Complete DPAR''s (Design Process Assembly Review) and support complete PPAP''s (Production Part Approval Process) in support of physical and                       
    production build launch dates                        
  完成DPAR''s（设计、工艺设计、装配、审查程序），支持完成PPAP''s（生产件批准程序）支持材料和生产的启动日期                       
• Perform calculations, finite element analysis, and tolerance analysis on motor designs                       
  有关电机设计的相关计算，有限元分析，公差分析                       
• Support and Document Corrective Action Requests (CAR) in the client Corrective Action system, completing CAR verification activities, and follow                       
   up as required to assure corrective actions are maintained and strengthen as applicable                       
  支持起草客户纠正措施制度的纠正措施要求（CAR），完成CAR的验证，并跟进以保证纠正措施的维护和加强                       
• Document ECN’s (Engineering Change Requests) in the division ECN system, completing ECN verification activities                        
  起草ECN（工程设计变更请求），完成ECN验证                       
• Work with manufacturing engineers, supply chain and production excellence teams supporting components and build.                        
  与制造工程师，供应链和生产部门合作，支持零件和制造                       
• Recommend design improvements and support the  warranty and quality issues resolution                       
  对改进设计提出建议，解决保修和质量问题                       
• Support Six Sigma teams, working with the factory to resolve customer/field issues                       
  支持6西格玛团队，与工厂合作解决客户/领域的问题                       
• Exercising independent judgment is always required at SOG  regardless of what role is being fulfilled. Combine the judgment of multiple SOG  team members.

岗位要求：
• Experience in the design of Mechatronic or electric motor/ inverter systerms
机电或电机/交换器系统设计经验
• Experience in conducting and leading Capability Studies, and a strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools and techniques
有执行并领导产能研究，丰富的SPC知识和技能
•Experience with Simulink，LabView, and/or other data acquisition logging and analysis software a plus
有利用Simulink,LabView和/或其他数据采集记录和分析软件的经验者佳
• Capable of a professional rapport working with Suppliers and Customers in the monitoring and follow up of prototype test equipment  
有能力在供应商和客户的样品测试设备的监控和追踪中建立一个专业的工作关系。
• Previous experience with electric medium/ high voltage electric powertrain
