Reporting Line:
Operational report to   :      GM China (Solid Line)
Functional report to    :       GM of Superconductor (Dolt Line)




Main Responsibilities:


·
Provide technical interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Service, Manufacturing/Sourcing and Project Management throughout the life cycle for HTS Motor projects.
·
Skilled at Power magnetics analysis.
·
Provide support for response to specific customer technical inquiries and communications.
·
Observation and analysis of potential customer's activities (legislation, incentives, etc.)
·
Newest technology analysis and research in the area of electrical machine
·
Application, calibration of electrical machines
·

Qualification:


·
Minimum 3 years of related or similar work experience.
·
Familiar with the superconductive technology, vacuum technology and cryogenic technology
·
Familiar with the superconductive technology, vacuum technology and cryogenic technology.
·
Self directed, with proven leadership, project management, organizational and planning skills.
·
Ability to adapt "real-time" to rapidly changing business and team needs. Willingness to travel within the region.
·
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with ability to adapt to any level in the organization.
·
Good English skill, verbal and written. Global experience with proven ability to work with international teams.
·
Strong information analytical skill
·
Work experience in manufacture of electrical machine or transformer related field will be plus

EDUCATION:  

·
BS or above Degree in Electrical Engineering, electrical machine major
