关于剖分的一些问题

使用Rmxprt建的模型，导入到2D静态场仿真，调速永磁电机“一”形，后将永磁体分段，如下图

出现初始剖分错误
'Initial meshing failed!'. (4:59:43 下午  三月 19, 2015)
Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (4:59:44 下午  三月 19, 2015)

怀疑是剖分太小了，重新设置剖分，整体剖分20mm，On Selection 和 inside selection 20mm 都试过了，但还是不行，
应该是永磁体之间的2mm隔磁桥有问题
1.请问有什么解决方法吗

后重新更改模型，如下图

2.这里搞不明白为什么是模型相交了
