找不到license server怎么办？

求帮助：

LZ安装说明里
可以用Maxwell V12.1的破解, 步骤如下:
1) copy license.lic to Ansoft\Admin folder
2) copy Ansoft2008Fix.exe to Ansoft\Maxwell12 folder and run it there
3) copy Maxwell12fix.exe to Ansoft\Maxwell12 folder and run it to patch all files.
第3项报错:
Error
desktop.dll - File not found, or File access error!

我的系统是windows7学生版。怎么能让program files\ansoft\ 里的文件可更改呢？
另外，直接运行Maxwell 12就报错：
Security Message:
Error:
Failed to check out license 'maxwell_desktop'.
Cannot connect to license server (FLEXlm Error -15)

求帮助。
