应变求解出错（新人）

最近在纠结温度循环下的热应力求解  瞬态温度载荷导入到瞬态结构模块后进行求解应变；
对于模型材料试过了用带有Anand本构特征模型的粘塑性参数
也试过只有弹性模量和泊松比这些参数，但是求解出来都会报错；
所以特地只建立一个单层模型，网格质量很好了，感觉不是网格的问题了，但是不知道其他的怎么修改呢？（查了网上的，减小子步和减小网格单元大小提高质量，都不行的）
第二个问题：想请问下各位如何检查和完善网格呢
第三个问题：对于求解后处理出现错误各位一般是怎么解决的呢
