Position1: Senior Electrical Service Engineer:

Main Responsibilities:



.. Build the service functional team and new partners, promote products/systems in
technical and track progress toward service team goal.
.. Manage technical support and supervision activities by maintaining regular contact and
service with customers
.. Apply company products and solutions for the partners License business.
.. Organize customer training and assembling, installation instruction
.. Management in the preparation of technical proposals and coordination for new partner.
.. Participate business activities to plan and organize customer visits, conferences, seminars
and provide customer training



.. Collect, analyze and report customer feedback on products and services
.. Familiar with different PLC application and its test, commissioning, operation and
maintenance on site.


Position2: Senior Mechanical Service Engineer:

Main Responsibilities:



.. Developing with the service team and new partners, promote products/systems in
technical and track progress toward service team goal
.. Provide technical support and supervision activities by maintaining regular contact and
service with customers
.. Apply company products and solutions for the partners License business.
.. Provide customer training and assembling, installation instruction
.. Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and coordination for new partner.
.. Coordinate business activities to plan and organize customer visits, conferences, seminars and
provide customer training
.. Collect, analyze and report customer feedback on products and services
.. Familiar with mechanical process of assembling in manufacturing, installation, commissioning,
operation and maintenance on site.




Position3: Senior Power System Application Engineer:



Main Responsibilities:

.. Support sales & Marketing team in the process of selling solution or products into market.
.. Provide technical interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Service, Manufacturing
/Sourcing and Project Management throughout the life cycle for Power System projects.
.. Responsible for leading the technical development of proposals, assuring compliance to the
customer's specifications.
.. Provide support for response to specific customer technical inquiries and communications, as
well as go to site for data collection and review of customer specifications and site data.
.. Communicate contract and project technical configuration requirements to all design
functions.
.. Provide expert level support in the use of all engineering processes
.. Have the ability to implement customer specific requirements
.. Electrical Power System calculation and planning ability







Position4:Wind Turbines Mechanical Application Engineer:



Main Responsibilities:



.. Provide technical support with Sales, Marketing，Service, Engineering, Manufacturing/Sourcing and
Project Management throughout the life cycle for Wind Turbine projects.
.. Lead the engineering works on wind turbine drive train.
.. Provide solution for mechanical systems of wind turbine.
.. Provide support for response to specific customer technical inquiries and communications, as well as
visit site for data collection, problem solving, review of customer specifications and site data.
.. Communicate contract and project technical configuration requirements to all design functions.
.. Support Marketing & sales teams in the process of bringing New Products to market.
.. Provide 2nd tier technical support to field engineering.




Position5: Senior Power Electronics Application Engineer:

Main Responsibilities:



.. Provide technical interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Service,
Manufacturing/Sourcing and Project Management throughout the life cycle for Wind
Turbine projects.
.. Skilled at high power, high frequency switching devices and their drive circuits.
.. Power magnetic analysis.
.. Lead the engineering works on wind turbine control system and core electrical components.
.. Provide support for response to specific customer technical inquiries and communications, as
well as go to site for data collection and review of customer specifications and site data.
.. Communicate contract and project technical configuration requirements to all design
functions.






General Profile:

.. BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or above, Electrical Power System and its Automation
major
.. Minimum 5 years of related or similar work experience.
.. Self directed, with proven leadership, project management, organizational and planning skills.
.. Ability to adapt "real-time" to rapidly changing business and team needs. Willingness to travel
within the region.



.. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with ability to
adapt to any level in the organization.
.. Global experience with proven ability to work with international teams.
