Please do not select :   use HPC license( This is default setting )

Only need to do is add system variable as above.
Nothing need to set for your project option setup about HPC( keep default is OK )

我一直有个疑问，这里的processors是指核心数还是线程数？我得CUP是双核4线程，应该是2还是4？

You computer should be Dual cores, 4 processors.You should put 4. It's processors number.

windows   control panel -> system -> system -> Advanced system setting
-> Environment Variables...
