求助：运行maxwell模型时产生错误

我刚学习maxwell，运行模型时产生错误：
Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
Unable to write design data to temp file ' d:/........' for COM engine.

是不是安装路径中与汉字，不能有汉字。
