Our client is dedicated to the manufacturing and development of medium-voltage converters. US-based Corp, dedicated to the design and production of industrial power controls, and variable frequency drives, was recognized as global leader in medium-voltage variable frequency technologies with its Perfect Harmony Medium Voltage Air Cooled Drives launched in 1990s.
Currently their annual output is approximately 250 million RMB, and it has been increasing steadily in line with our business growth. They have strong presence in relevant technologies, with several dozens of experienced engineers, technicians and R&D experts.
现我们的客户（上海）急需招聘Technical Support Engineer（Shanghai）2名, 具体要求如下：
Responsibilities:
• Provide the technical proposal of drives to customers
• Sizing of MV Drives
• Provide quotations to customers
• Coordinate with factory and representative (Domestic and oversea) regarding the technical clarification, lead time, prices, and related commercial terms
• Presales interface customer
• Technical interface with other hubs
• Checklist and prices confirmation before order entry
• End-user on-site technical support On-site application and load investigation
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years R&D or application experience in Variable Frequency Drives and/or Power Control systems and applications
• Mastered VFD topology, Power conversion knowledge
• Mastered knowledge of Motor control, including VF control, Vector Control, etc.
• Good understanding of Theory of Electrical Machine including Induction motor, synchronous motor. Permanent Magnet Motor
• Basic knowledge of MV switchgear,PLCand communication.
• Basic Commercial Knowledge is preferred
• Excellent oral and written English
