maxwell 12 13 报错，求大侠帮助

我建立的复合母排的模型老出现以下错误
Adaptive passp, process ied3d : Unexpected internal software error code 1999 with module id 27

求各位大侠帮忙解释，有解决办法更好，拜谢！
