IHIMU开发设计的低晃动海上风力发电浮体(点击放大) 日本IHI MARINE UMITED公司(总部:东京,以下简称IHIMU)完成了海上稳定性出色的低晃动型海上风力发电浮体的概念设计。风力发电浮体是漂浮在海上的风力发电装置的基座。设计输出功率为2.5MW级,也可用于更大型的风力发电装置。
据介绍,此次设计的浮体采用了IHIMU与IHI共同开发的“两点无波形状(COB:Column Outer Belt)”技术、以及东京大学研究生院新领域创成科学研究科教授铃木英之开发的“晃动减轻鳍片”技术和最先进的模拟技术。通过采用这些技术,可减轻浮体在海上的晃动程度。其效果通过约1/50尺寸的水槽实验得到了证实。
其他主要特点有:(1)通过将吃水深控制在50m左右,能够以设置状态(垂直状态)进行建造和运输。因此,在施工及维护方面便利,可扩大能够设置的海域范围;(2)还可满足风力发电装置的大型化需求,并可将风压负载下的倾斜降至最小限度。IHIMU将以实现浮体式海上风力发电为目标,继续推进研发和探讨详细设计。(记者:高田 宪一)
