Yes, Now Flux 10.2 Flux 10.3 Flux 10.4 x64in other time I have Flux 7.6 FluxStudio 8.1 Flux 9.3 and Flux 10.1 x32 without any problem.
The problem is how configure Simulink and Flux link in 64bit machine

In 64bit OS, when flux are installed. Only 32bit matlab can be linked by flux.
If you have both 64bit and 32bit version of matlab installed on your machine.
The default matlab file should be opened by 32bit matlab, then you can link the flux and matlab(32bit). Otherwise, the 64bit matlab simulink doesn't work with flux.
After install 64bit matlab, install the 32bit matlab again, then you can have both 64bit and 32bit matlab on your machine, and the 32bit can be linked by flux.

可以的，不过如果你的matlab安装文件是32位、64位一体的，你点击光盘（或虚拟光盘）的自动运行程序在64位OS下默认是装64位matlab的，要自己选择装32位的，需要进入到响应32位matlab的目录下，然后运行安装程序即可

Sorry， I forgot to tell you that the newest matlab 32bit version may be not compatiable with flux. Matlab2008b can be linked with flux 10.4.1. Other newer version matlab should be tested by yourself.

For users whit the same problem, my solution story:

With the above configuration (my previous post)Flux 10.3.3 + Matlab 2010b 32bit + Matlab 2010b 64bit into win7u-64bit with dnawujun help;),FLUX-SIMULINK-LINK WORKS PERFECTLY.To solve the problem we must to generae the properly .TRA file, with the correct Flux 10.3.3 version and copied to the working directory.

With Flux 10.4.1 do not have tested yet.
