求教ansoft12 中rmxprt

用Rmxprt参数化建模后一仿真出现 如下错误：
       Unable to create child process: syng3.exe, error code = 267 (10:40 上午十月 26, 2010)
    Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (10:40 上午十月 26, 2010)
    不知道是什么问题，同样的模型在maxwell11 中的Rmxprt里仿过，没有问题，为何在ansoft12就里不行？

估计问题不大，多算几回，我上次出错时，也有local machine这两个词，我重启了下电脑，重新算的，算出来了。
