maxwell 12分析出错，请帮忙

maxwell 12分析出现错误，我是按照例子进行建模的。可是运行时出现下列错误。

RMxprtDesign1 (Three Phase Induction Motor)
    Unable to create child process: indm3.exe, error code = 267 (9:30 下午十月 25, 2010)
    Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (9:30 下午十月 25, 2010)
这是那里出错了,请高手帮忙,谢谢!!!!
