Position in the Organization- In charge of the quality team in China (5 people)- Report directly to Quality Department of Headquarters in Europe- Number of direct subordinates: 2
Main responsibilities- Responsible for the quality of all products exported from China- Responsible for the quality team coordination- Responsible for the company’s lab in China
Employment conditions
Basic salary (starting/ceiling)Between 8.000 – 12.000 RMB per month x 14 pays
Position minimum requirements
Education backgroundUniversity degree in engineering or similar
Years of work experience (in specific field, if required)- Min. 5 years work experience- Proved work experience in the production process oflow voltage electric motors
Additional knowledge (Certifications/ Training)- Familiar with the Low Voltage European Rule(60335-01)
Language skills- Very high level of English
Computer skillsOffice Package
Personality- Independent and Committed- Professional appearance- Communicative- Intercultural competency
Others- 30 – 45 years old- Currently living in Shanghai- Availability to travel
