请求达人帮助啊,圆柱谐振腔的模态分析
我现在进行圆柱谐振腔的模态分析,假定谐振频率为5G把半径设为1,按照TE111模式推算出它的L为0.03结果用ANSYS运行时出错了,计算不出Q值,错误提示如下:
