Deal Summary

Emerson Electric Co., an electric company, completed the acquisition of SSB Wind Systems, a provider of electrical pitch systems and a subsidiary of SSB-Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG (SSB Group), from DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH, a private equity firm. The acquisition enables SSB Wind Systems to gain additional growth momentum. SSB Wind Systems is engaged in providing electrical pitch systems and switchgears. It has production facilities in Germany and China. Close Brothers GmbH acted as financial advisor and Watson, Farley & Williams LLP acted as legal counsel to DPE, with respect to the transaction
