各位老大，由于本人英语太差，请帮忙翻译尤其是non-stationary transformer 是指什么变压器，stationary   transformer是指什么变压器，谢谢啦，请各位不吝赐教
35.1 The leakage current of a cord-connected transformer when tested in accordance with Clauses 35.2
– 35.6 shall not be more than 0.5 mA for a non-stationary transformer or 0.75 mA for a stationarytransformer.
