Ansys Innovation大会新能源汽车分会场主题介绍: 基于系统仿真的PWM激励电机噪声快速计算
演讲嘉宾:Martin Hanke来自公司:CADFEM
内容简介:Vibrations and noise emissions of electrical motors are often dominated by pulse-width modulated (PWM) phase voltages introduced by the inverter circuit as well as by the applied control scheme. The established Maxwell-Mechanical coupled workflow for motor noise is completely FEM-based and uses harmonic solutions for single RPM force results. The analysis of PWM controlled excitations with large content of high frequencies becomes numerically expensive and is restricted to steady state conditions. Under those loads the interpolation of excitations between individual orders of rotational speed is not valid any more as the PWM frequency is not necessarily proportional to the speed. We present a new workflow for transient simulation of electrical motor noise in Ansys Twin Builder. FEM-computations are focused on generating reduced Twin Builder components: an ECE-model (Equivalent Circuit Extraction) for the electromechanical coupling and a modal-based ROM (Reduced Order Model) for stator and housing. However, in addition to torque as the basic mechanical quantity of an ECE the stator excitations are also stored during ECE-generation. They are written as force-wave coefficients to another n-dimensional table Twin Builder component. The structural ROM is enriched with input ports receiving the stator excitations and with output ports representing normal surface deflections. Structure-borne transient sound signals are finally derived from the vibration outputs with computational times of about 10 s per second of real time.Using these enhancements the system model provides a sound impression for virtually any kind of drive cycle using arbitrary circuitry. The acoustical impression is enhanced by waterfall diagrams generated with VRXPERIENCE.
