应变求解出错（新人）
最近在纠结温度循环下的热应力求解瞬态温度载荷导入到瞬态结构模块后进行求解应变；对于模型材料试过了用带有Anand本构特征模型的粘塑性参数
也试过只有弹性模量和泊松比这些参数，但是求解出来都会报错；
所以特地只建立一个单层模型，网格质量很好了，感觉不是网格的问题了，但是不知道其他的怎么修改呢？（查了网上的，减小子步和减小网格单元大小提高质量，都不行的）
第二个问题：想请问下各位如何检查和完善网格呢
