一、电机驱动软件工程师（工作地点：深圳）
The position will design software / firmware for brushless DC motor drivers to be applied in industrial and domestic appliance fields based on customer requirements.
该职位将为无刷直流电机驱动程序设计软件/固件，以满足客户的需求。
Responsibilities:
Read customer product specifications and List of Requirements (LOR) to understand the required functions of the software for BLDC motor controller
Design MCU program using C language and assembly language for 3 phase BLDC motor control
Setup a system level functional verification environment to locate all possible logical errors of the software design
Carry out debugging of the software in system level, such as use logic analyzer, digital oscilloscope, simulations, emulations and debuggers
阅读客户产品说明书和需求清单(LOR)，了解BLDC电机控制器所需软件的功能。
设计MCU程序，使用C语言和汇编语言进行三相BLDC电机控制。
设置一个系统级的功能验证环境来定位软件设计的所有可能的逻辑错误。
在系统级进行软件调试，如使用逻辑分析仪、数字示波器、仿真、仿真和调试器等。
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in software engineering, computer engineering, electronics engineering or industrial automation
3 to 5 years of experience in software design, resourceful in algorithm software design for BLDC motor controller independently
Knowledge of composing firmware for MCU, such as ST, Renesas, Microchip, TI, Atmel,51 and so on
Product development experience is advantageous
Good command of English (spoken and written)

大学本科或以上学历，软件工程，计算机工程，电子工程或工业自动化专业。
3 - 5年软件设计经验，独立于BLDC电机控制器的算法软件设计。
为单片机，如ST, Renesas, Microchip, TI, Atmel,51等编写固件。
具有产品开发经验者优先。
良好的英语听说读写能力
二、齿轮设计高级工程师（工作地点：深圳）
Position Summary:
Thepositionwill innovate new gear/actuator/mechanism/technology for new business and support present productions.
Responsibilities:
1、 Develop new gear/actuator/technology/mechanism for window lift, seat,powerliftgate,sunroofmotorapplicationfor new business and support present productions.
2、Providegeardesign solution and proposal to support the potential market development worldwide.
3、Followupprojectdevelopmentactivities,suchas 3D model, 2D drawing,ESI, sample making and checking, motor test and report, and presentation.
4、Perform sample making and motor test if necessary.
5、Work with supplier on components and materials.
6、Instruct/guide team members on gear/mechanism design.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or relative discipline.
2、5yearsoraboveworkexperienceingear design, knowledge in gear/actuatordesignsuchasfor seat, seatbelt, power lift gate,window lift, sunroof and rich experience in gear manufacture.
3、Experience in mechanical design, material such as plastic and metal, FMEA analysis and be familiar with simulation and DOE.
4、Familiarwithgear design software such as Kissoft and CAD such as Solidworks.
5、Project management experience is advantageous.
6、Good command of English (Reading and written).
三、设备维修助理经理（中国北海）
职位概要:
负责管理生产车间机器维修团队的操作，实施机器的预防性维修、大修和紧急维修。
职责:
1．以最经济、最有效的方式计划、监控和控制汽车、手动和周边设备的所有维护活动
2．当发生生产线故障或机器故障时，提供紧急维修支持。跟踪维修记录
3．为团队提供新机器选型和评估的技术支持。机器停机时间和安装时间的改善。
4．培训操作人员和管理人员进行预防性维护，以实现TPM、计划和及时检修。
5．开发和维护有效的预防性维护(PM)系统和PMWI。遵守并实现ISO9001(2015)要求。
6．与供应商合作，在最短的交货时间内进行维修或大修。
7．零件的改进、标准化和车间安全。
要求:
1．大专以上学历，机械或电气专业
2．5年以上相关工作经验
3．熟练掌握具体的维修工具
4．熟悉机械装配图纸
5．精通机械装配要求，具有装配经验。
6．了解维修手册
7．需要到其他地区(或地点)建立PM系统。
8．良好的英语和普通话水平

4、Skilled in solidworks, CAD. 熟练的在solidworks CAD。
