能不能麻烦大大帮我校核一下我的设计....

这是用上科所得程序计算的,看结果,槽满率较高,一般不超过80%,否则嵌线困难,再是四根并饶的线可改成面积相同的一根或二根 在启动电流倍数超 气隙磁密很低啊, 学习学习感谢 嗯,老师也说是启动性能这块有点问题,感谢斑斑大人了,回去我再改改..... 匝数加几匝,线规调一调就好啦 槽满率太高,磁密高 铁心也可放长,槽满率太高,热负荷可以提高点。 铁芯没有必要再放长了,可以将定子槽型和线径、匝数、并绕根数做下调整,保持磁场分布在合适的范围,小电机的TM、Tst没必要搞到3倍左右吧 kan kan ,uao 首先明确你设计的电机范围,如果有标准和标准对照一下看看你设计的指标是不是合格,
再看你设计的电机磁密、电流、热负荷等是不是满足 应将文件贴出来 look,look,大家共同探讨 大家共同探讨 气隙磁密很低啊, 调整
