ansys maxwell之前是ansoft maxwell，ansys收购ansoft之后就变成了ansys maxwell，然后ansys公司新出的就是ANSYS EM了，ANSYS Maxwell算是ANSYS EM软件中的一个模块。大概是这么个意思。

ANSYS EM是电磁的缩写，里面有Maxwell、simplorer、HFSS等软件
