近来试用了一下VECTOR FIELDS OPERA V12, 做了一个简单的直流电机的2D COGGING力矩计算,计算比较快,建模比较方便。功能和ANSOFT 和INFOLYTICA 系列软件类似。 因为没有和实验对照,准确性不作评论。网格

好用不??? 看样子不错啊,这个软件太难找了,连试用都不让! 请教楼主关于OPERA V12几个问题:
1:能否做双转子电机?
2:能否与simulink等联合仿真?
3:永磁电机的瞬态好不好做?
4:瞬态温度场的求解怎么样?

Pre and Post-Processor
Opera-2d/PP: interactive Pre and Post-Processor. See The Pre and Post-Processor.
Static Fields
Opera-2d/ST: magnetostatic and electrostatic field analysis, with nonlinear materials. ST includes software to adapt the finite element mesh in order to achieve a specified accuracy. See Static Field Analysis (ST).
Opera-2d/SP: electrostatic field analysis including the effects of space charge created by beams of particles. See Space Charge Beam Analysis (SP).
Eddy Currents
Opera-2d/AC: steady-state ac eddy current analysis, including use of non-uniform permeabilities from Opera-2d/ST, complex permeabilities and external circuits. AC includes software to adapt the finite element mesh in order to achieve a specified accuracy. See Steady-state AC Analysis (AC).
Opera-2d/TR: transient eddy current analysis, with nonlinear materials, multiple drives, background dc fields and external circuits. See Transient Analysis (TR).
Opera-2d/VL: uniform linear or rotational motion induced eddy current analysis, where the topology does not change with time. VL includes software to adapt the finite element mesh in order to achieve a specified accuracy. See Velocity Analysis (VL).
Rotating Machines
Opera-2d/RM: transient analysis of rotating machines, with variable speed rotors, skewed rotors, mechanical coupling and all the features of TR. See Rotating Machines (RM).
Linear Motion
Opera-2d/LM: transient analysis of general motion (linear and/or rotating), driven as variable speed or with mechanical coupling, and all the features of TR. See Linear Motion (LM).
Demagnetisation
Opera-2d/DM: models the magnetisation process for hard magnetic materials. During nonlinear analysis Opera-2d/DM can use a virgin BH-Curve for material magnetisation and then secondary `demagnetisation' BH-Curves as the field decreases. See Demagnetisation Transient Analysis (DM).
Stress and Thermal
Opera-2d/SA: stress analysis including external forces and using forces calculated from electromagnetic solutions. See Stress Analysis (SA).
Opera-2d/TH and Opera-2d/THTR: steady-state and transient thermal analysis using external heat fluxes and ohmic heating calculated from electromagnetic solutions. See Thermal Analysis (TH and THTR).
Lossy Dielectrics
Opera-2d/ST, AC and TR can solve electric field problems in models with conductivity and permittivity. In statics the current flow problem is solved first to provide the voltage boundary conditions for the electrostatic problem. (Current flow problems can also be solved separately.) In steady state ac and transient analysis the two parts of the problem are solved simultaneously. See The Lossy Dielectric Option.
The following chapters of this Reference Manual describe the Opera-2d in detail. Chapters 2 describes the Command Line and Graphical User Interfaces and Chapter 3 describes the commands which are used to prepare data for and process the results from the analysis programs which are described in Chapter 4.

3. 永磁同步肯定是没问题,但无刷就不知道, 因为我没有找到加控制的地方,外电路比较简单
4. 温度场的功能你可以看看上面的描述 据我所知,OPERA的优势就是算得准确! 软件太多了,不知道用哪个了。 有没软件下载呀!让我们也试试看呀!yc_dd19 欧洲派的软件比较准确,可能是数学底蕴比较深厚吧。其它的商业话好些。应该说欧洲派的专业软件档次高些。个人观点,可以拍砖。:lol

I think most of the FE software will give accurate results. I used Vector Field before and you're right, the predicted result is very close to that of experiments. The mesh of the model, in particular around the airgap, is very important to obtain good results. The same thing applies to other FE software as well.
