静力分析+模态分析求助
各位专家们求助! 一个产品我先算了静力分析,能算完,但出现warning:
One or more point masses are scoped to a large number of elements which can adversly affect solver performance.Consider using a distributed mass or adjust the pinball setting to reduce the number of elements included in the solver.
这什么意思?使用点质量有要求么?
接着算模态分析,出错了
第一个warning:
The program has detected an unknown error during the solution or a result file older than the input file.This likely indicates that the solution did not successfully complete and may be incorrectly reporting obsolete results.Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object to verify a successful solve.
这是说静力分析结果没有成功完成么?
第二个warning:
You have performed a pre-stress modal analysis with large deflection effects turned off in the static analysis.For a more accurate modal solution, we recommend turning on large deflection effects.Check results carefully.
在算静力分析时怎么事先知道要打开 large deflection, 我算的total deformation才0.3mm, 总体尺寸1米立方
第三个是error
An unknown error occurred during solution.Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes.
该怎么解决?
采用分布质量或者调整Pingball,说明你的静力学问题存在接触,接触是非线性问题,所以你可以把接触部位节点自由度耦合才能算模态。 好像是模型的问题,仔细检查一下模型 预应力模态问题,打开大变形试试
