Our client is dedicated to the manufacturing and development of medium-voltage converters. US-based Corp, dedicated to the design and production of industrial power controls, and variable frequency drives, was recognized as global leader in medium-voltage variable frequency technologies with its Perfect Harmony Medium Voltage Air Cooled Drives launched in 1990s.
Currently their annual output is approximately 250 million RMB, and it has been increasing steadily in line with our business growth. They have strong presence in relevant technologies, with several dozens of experienced engineers, technicians and R&D experts.
现我们的客户（上海）急需招聘Quality Engineer (Transformer) (Shanghai)1名, 具体要求如下：
Responsibilities:
-Lead product quality improvement efforts. This includes analyzing failures, prioritizing, and determining action plans.
-Participate in supplier selection and improvement processes. Responsibilities include leading on-site audits, coordinating the evaluation of prototypes, and reviewing and approving supplier corrective actions.
-Provide technical support for Assembly / Test / Inspection personnel. Typical duties include developing and executing workmanship improvements plans, developing inspection methods and criteria, specifying appropriate sampling plans, interpreting and revising specifications, conducting training on quality concepts and tools and processing non-conforming material.
-Facilitate the resolution of customer quality issues through 8D report.
-Performance of related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering.
-At least three years working experience in industry products manufacturing and one year quality engineering experience.
-Knowledge and experience with ISO 9000, NEMA, IPC, ANSI and GB required.
-Knowledge of product safety.
-Knowledge of transformer, drives system and its theory and operation.
-Knowledge of quality concepts and tools.
-Good at oral and written English, at least CET 6.
-Strong organizational and planning skills.
-Ability to function in a team environment.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
