Currently, we employ around 150 people in China with our primary location in Songjiang, Shanghai where our manufacturing is located.
Branch office is in Xi’an and the main sales office in Beijing.
Job Description:
Applicant will be responsible for a diverse array of power transmission products including: motors, mechanical power transmission components, drives, generators.
Preferably, candidate will be located in Shanghai but frequent interaction. Our products are sold in many different ways including through distributors, OEM’s and directly to end-users.
Successful Applicant
[*]Above 3 years sales experience in related industries
[*]Proven success in increasing sales[*]Knowledge of industrial operations, mechanical and electrical knowledge[*]Experience working in a world class western organization[*]Need a “hunter”, not a “farmer”.
That is, a confident assured individual that has big dreams and can help grow Baldor [*]Nice to Have: Knowledge of electrical motors, conveyors, mechanical power transmission products, understanding of VFD’s and Servo Motion Products (can train the right person)[*]Prefer local candidate [*]Bachelor degree in engineering or business administration
