jmag分析外转子表贴永磁同步电机

有没有人用过jmag分析外转子永磁表贴式同步电机呢?交流一下心得?总是会遇到以下问题:
Volume of element is negative or zero.
Element id is 194.
Case 1 This element is too thin.
Please remesh using the size that is smaller than the size already set.
Case 2 In 3D, Motion setting is wrong.
Please make Slide condition.
And Slide condition need duplicated nodes on its surface.
Case 3 The order of nodes in this element is reversed.
In the case of using the adaptive mesh creation, it may be that ICCG or the non-linear iteration is not converted at the previous adaptive stage.
Please attempt to change the method of A, A-Phi1, or A-Phi2.


The moving part has nodes that are shared with the elements in a fixed part
If the displacement is large, the elements may be severely deformed resulting in the volume of a negative volume.
Check the following settings.

我还遇到模型跑到最后,经常不收敛,看到警告心里就不舒服

permeance不收敛,是吧?如果是permeance不收敛的话,我觉得对结果影响很小

我发现瞬态场网格剖分容易,静态场总是出错。你有同感吗?

把网格划分小些,仿真时选上air region就能行的。之前我也遇到这个问题,后面解决了。

很少用静态场,一般用瞬态场用的多

网格划分小一些,尤其是靠近气隙的部分加密一些,对于气隙部位的边线,可以单独加密的,这个部位网格太大,就容易产生负体积,所以就会报类似的错误。
