大家好,我用magnet仿真三维卷铁芯变压器,总是报错: A coil terminal is in direct contact with another terminal and/or a flux tangential boundary condition (the terminals are shorted).
   (error code 154026, context: Coil error: Conductor adjacent to terminal has a flux-tangential boundary condition for coil 'YA'.)
    三维闭合线圈,我定义一个传导路径,基本连接方式是:面1-体-......体-面2,组成一个闭合回路。面1与面2是相邻体的两个面,面1与面2是重合的,但是在选择的时候,要分别选择相邻体上的面1和面2.

林工,这个问题解决了么,把内绕组与铁芯间按照实际模型留出气道,再生成线圈。

楼主用magnet仿真啊,我也用这个软件仿真是个初学者,仿真时候遇到问题,线圈中加正弦的电压源时线圈中计算出的电流也是正弦的我做实验时候不是这样的也不知道怎么回事,请教。

官网对应154026报错的解释:

Error 154026 - A coil terminal is in direct contact with another terminal and/or a flux tangential boundary condition (the terminals are shorted).

    If the coil object has terminals that lie on outer boundaries of the model, they can be shorted if the terminals are both in contact with a conducting component that is not meant to be part of the coil object's conducting path (example). The resolution is to restrict the current to the intended component(s) of the conducting path by including these components in the coil object assignment. This will electrically insulate the intended conducting components from other touching conductors and prevent the error.
    This can also be caused by geometric modeling errors, often in relation to the air box. The reason for this is explained in 3D coil terminal rules (Rule #5). Some specific causes are described below.
      The terminal leads are slightly sticking out of the air box.
      There is no air box in the model or the coil is not embedded in the air box because a Flux Tangential boundary condition is by default applied to all the outer faces of the model, including the surfaces of coil component(s).
    The field normal boundary condition is not applied where it needs to be based on the flux generated from the coil components in contact with a model's exterior face. A half or partial coil like in this image is a typical example, where the highlighted face needs a field normal boundary condition and not flux tangential.
    The Perfect Electric Conductor material is assigned to the coil component.

另外从7.7版本开始3D线圈建模可以使用 Make current flow surface coils来定义3D线圈电流流向,无需选择相邻的两个面来生成线圈。
