ANSYS Workbench 温度场仿真

根据ANSYS Workbench 14.0超级学习手册上第七章热力学分析，第一个例子进行仿真建模，出现问题不能求解，求帮助。
错误提示：
An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical USER Guide.

刚开始学习使用workbench做温度场仿真，按照书上例子做，结果出错了。。。不知道从哪里入手。

为什么？我又重新建了一个文件，还是出的同样的问题。。。。软件非d版

跟软件是否为正版没关系，仔细检查一下你的过程

近期有跟着书上的步骤做了一遍，还是没有出结果，错误提示是：the element option solid90 was either not ordered with this ansys installation orthe appropriate product was not selected for this session.
另有note: the /confic, noelldb is not valid in a distributed ANSYS solution. Command is iqnored. 是什么问题啊？大神
