求助，总是报错

各位大侠，请问我在用瞬态场分析时总是出现以下错误，请问是什么原因造成的，怎么解决，谢谢！
1.moving objects touch the stationary shell.
2.motion setup(geometry) is not valid.
3.touching bands is not supported.
