PhaseA_in,PhaseB_in,PhaseC_in分别为A相输入，B相输入，C相输入。
PhaseA_out,PhaseB_out,PhaseC_out分别为A相输出，B相输出，C相输出。
motionsetup1_in,motionsetup1_out分别为第一步运动输入，第一步运动输出。
