请教关于“connexity problem”

我遇到的问题如下：
一个空心铜管上通电流，计算磁场。
报错信息如下：

If you have a connexity problem, you must create a cut of
electric loop () which cuts the electric

若用electric loop cut 手动生成显示：action not authorized.
自动生成则也会报错，显示：
1 holes have been identified.
0 electric loop cuts have been created automatically.
1 cuts have to be create.
请问该怎么解决。

根据帮助文件说明,对称模型是不需要的 loop cut的。
另外，实际上也无法建立，见上面的说明。
我怀疑是空心铜管的问题，如果改为实心的就没有问题。但是这样的话，空心铜管就无法仿真计算吗？
