Solution1.Please confirm whether a position of solid face correspond accurately. When not corresponding, please correct the position of the model. Tolerance for contact is 1.000000e-009.
Solution2.Please add the division line in this model so that the edge line of the face appear on other face.
Solution3.When there are small solid faces, Please correct the model shape to be lost of the small solid faces.
