ansoft中schematic capture提示某器件“is not supported”

本想用晶闸管实现延时控制，但是找不到晶闸管在哪里。后改用BJT绘制外接电路的原理图，如图所示用BJT（图中的Q1）来实现延时控制，但是最后生成电路图时，提醒说：BJT器件“is not supported”.求各位高手指一条明路~！
