ansoft12.1 求助

請問一下西莫大大：
      為什麼ansoft12.1安裝好後，可以正常開啟，但不能run？
會出現以下：
問題一 An error occurred while writing to file
Is the file or directory read only? Disk Full?
RMxprtDesign1 (Brushless Permanent-Magnet DC Motor)
Unable to create child process: bldc.exe, error code = 267問題二   如附圖
請問一下該怎麼解決呢？
